Required experience must include: Experience with high voltage electronics (400V/800V); Experience with power electronics thermal management, packaging, including liquid cooling plates, busbars, and PCBs; Experience using requirements analysis tools (Polarion, D00Rs, or equivalent); Experience using problem solving processes, including 8D, fishbone, and 5-Why; Experience developing technical presentations to internal and external customers; Experience using agile method tools (e.g. JIRA); Experience with software development process; and Experience with thermal management for power electronics. ## Description DUTIES: We seek a Staff Systems Engineer based out of our office at 3800 Automation Avenue, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. Note, this position does not require travel.
