Desirable Skills & Experience: * Experience automating batch jobs and routine system tasks. * Familiarity with security protocols and technologies related to cyber security and data integrity. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards applicable to financial institutions. * Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve system issues efficiently. ## Description Due to ongoing growth and strategic initiatives, our Client is seeking to appoint a highly skilled Support Analyst. This role is vital to maintaining optimal system performance and support for core banking applications and supporting infrastructure.
