Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Demonstrated ability to lead managers and diverse technical teams delivering complex, enterprise-scale systems and services across multiple functional areas. * Strong expertise in systems design, application development, integration, and service delivery methodologies, including Agile and hybrid delivery models. * Proven capability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment plans, and prioritized delivery portfolios. * Financial, vendor, and risk management skills, including ownership of large budgets, contract oversight, and service performance governance. * Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate advisory forums, and guide decision-making across business and technology domains. ## Description The Sr Mgr DT Sys Design & Dev (i.e., security badging technology, video surveillance and other security products) owns one or more IT processes within one functional area. The position manages services provided to one or more internal and external customer(s).
