This person will support an interdisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and operations employees working across nine physical offices. This position will focus on help desk requests and supporting end users, but there is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our IT needs from desktop support to network and systems administration. The IT Help Desk Support will generally work regular business hours; however, some weekend and evening work may occasionally be necessary. Some overnight travel to other offices is occasionally required. This position will work 5 days/week in-person in our Berkeley office and will report to our Berkeley-based IT Manager.
