## Description

Experteer Overview In this Manager role, you lead enterprise data & analytics projects within West Monroe's Technology & Experience Practice. You guide strategy, architecture, and delivery, partnering with clients and executives to align data initiatives with business goals. You manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and risks, and shape reusable methodologies for data solutions. You'll drive meaningful impact by delivering data migrations, integrations, and governance improvements at scale. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership opportunity at a growth-focused firm.
