This role sits at the intersection of IT support, legal practice workflows, and hands-on operations - requiring someone who can move fluidly between diagnosing a software issue, supporting an eDiscovery request, setting up a conference room, and helping a practice group adopt a new tool, all within the same day. The ideal candidate is technically grounded, legally aware, and genuinely curious about how technology can improve the way a law firm operates. High AI fluency is strongly preferred - we view the ability to leverage AI tools thoughtfully as a force multiplier for this role, not an afterthought.
