Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience)., * 13+ years of progressive experience in enterprise integration delivery, IT program management, ERP transformation, or large-scale technology implementation programs. * Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated supply chain environments. * Technical knowledge of SAP, full stack App development, Data engineering, analytics * Demonstrated expertise delivering enterprise integration initiatives involving EDI, B2B, APIs, e- commerce , analytical platforms, and cross-functional business processes. * Experience managing system integrators, third-party vendors, and complex program dependencies. * Strong background in program governance, risk management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement. * Experience developing and executing integration cutover, parallel-run, and deployment strategies. * Experience presenting program status, risks, and investment recommendations to executive leadership. * Ability to lead multiple workstreams within highly regulated, complex environments while driving measurable business outcomes. This role will lead enterprise application integration strategy, planning, governance, and execution across critical business capabilities, ensuring successful migration, testing, cutover, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will partner with business, technology, system integrator (SI), middleware, data, and process teams to ensure high-quality delivery of integrations supporting pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain operations, and regulatory compliance requirements. This position requires strong technical program management expertise, executive stakeholder management, and experience leading complex transformation initiatives.
