## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive digital technology adoption within Collins Aerospace by leading deployment, training, and automation efforts. You will shape solutions and enable rapid onboarding across teams, contributing to the company's digital engineering transformation. You'll bridge engineering and operations, using AI to enhance deployment activities and create clear guidance for adopters. This onsite role in Cedar Rapids offers the chance to mentor peers and impact mission-critical systems.
