Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Working knowledge of reliability engineering methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), failure mode assessment, equipment criticality, and preventive maintenance optimization * Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment operation, common failure modes, and equipment life-extension strategies. * Familiarity with spare parts assessments, equipment criticality reviews, and mitigation strategies designed to reduce unplanned downtime. * Understanding of GMP requirements, Good Engineering Practices, and engineering expectations within regulated life sciences environments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Experience * Experience supporting GMP manufacturing facilities, utilities, process equipment, or production systems. * Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), FMEA/FMECA, predictive maintenance, or condition-based maintenance strategies. * Experience supporting equipment commissioning, qualification, operational readiness, or maintenance program development for new or modified assets. * Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Blue Mountain, SAP, or similar systems. * Demonstrated ability to use reliability and maintenance data to identify performance gaps, reduce recurring failures, and improve asset availability. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. ## Description We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support reliability, maintenance, and asset management activities within a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
