## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher.
 * Valid Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
 * 8+ years of relevant IT system testing experience, including hands-on testing of Salesforce applications.
 * Proficiency with Copado Robotics Testing (CRT), Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber, or equivalent testing tools.
 * Experience with RESTful services, API automation, and integrating with Jenkins or GitHub.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems including large, complex projects and Salesforce terminology.
 * Experience with Test Plans, Regression Test Suites, UI, back-end, components, and integrations testing.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to interpret business requirements and generate testing documentation.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal oversight.

## Description

* Support and deliver high-quality Agile Salesforce solutions by developing strategies to implement Salesforce Test Automation suites across multiple scrum teams.
 * Develop, maintain, and execute end-to-end automation testing frameworks and suites, utilizing Jenkins and Selenium Grid platforms.
 * Design and develop test cases for Salesforce applications including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, performing software quality tests to ensure functionality and performance.
 * Partner with technology teams to determine testing parameters, troubleshoot testing errors, and streamline testing procedures.
 * Participate in Agile development initiatives such as standups, planning, grooming, and estimation to support iterative application development.
 * Collaborate with team members to assess story efforts, develop test approaches emphasizing automation, and review test cases and documentation.
 * Mentor less experienced team members, create manual test plans, and document comprehensive test case narratives.
