Desired Qualifications * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred. * Experience within financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated industries. * Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation and operating model redesign. * Experience using process mining, workflow automation, AI-enabled process improvement, or data analytics tools. This role will lead complex process improvement efforts that reduce risk, simplify execution, improve delivery consistency, and strengthen how cybersecurity technology work is planned, delivered, measured, and continuously improved. As a trusted advisor and change agent, this role will influence stakeholders across teams to design scalable, sustainable solutions that drive measurable business value.
