Experience: 5+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience, with 3+ years supporting Microsoft Azure environments. Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks administration and deployment automation is preferred. Candidates must have a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience with enterprise configuration management. Technical Skills: Expertise with Git-based source control (Azure DevOps or GitHub), CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Bicep is necessary. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Microsoft Fabric. * Knowledge of Databricks Asset Bundles, Databricks CLI, and Databricks REST APIs. * Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS). * Familiarity with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog. * Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. * Understanding of FinOps and Azure cost optimization strategies. * Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. ## Description We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and support modern DevOps practices for an Azure-based data platform. This role will partner with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and automated deployment pipelines supporting Azure services and Databricks workloads.
