 * Manage compliance and security for FedRAMP systems, working closely with the Identity and Access Management team.
 * Document hardware and software inventories, assisting with asset management processes.
 * Deliver premium technical assistance to senior leadership and executives, ensuring a high level of service.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
 * Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing training and development.
 * Troubleshoot and assist with audio-visual systems and infrastructure management.
