The Scrum Master will guide teams through the Scrum framework, facilitate all sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration. This role is central to delivering high-quality products through time-boxed iterations (sprints) and ensuring the team consistently achieves its sprint goals.
