## Description

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager for Amazon Healthcare Security, you lead a team building and operating security tooling and platforms that protect patient data across Amazon Health Services. You drive cross-functional security initiatives spanning access control, compliance automation, data governance, and secure enablement of healthcare experiences. You shape technical strategy, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor engineers to become strong contributors. This role offers high impact at the intersection of security engineering and healthcare compliance, with a clear mission to scale security without disrupting patient care.
