## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Platform Developer) with proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, workflow automation, platform development, integrations, and application architecture.
This individual will be hands-on designing and developing scalable solutions that automate business processes, improve service delivery, build frameworks and integrations., * 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.

 * 5+ years of overall IT experience.
 * Strong hands-on development experience with:
 * ITSM
 * CMDB
 * Service Catalog
 * Knowledge Management
 * Flow Designer
 * Integration Hub
 * App Engine
 * Mandatory: Hands-on JavaScript Client side and Service Scripting.
 * Mandatory: Proactive and accountable
 * Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
 * Experience delivering large-scale workflow automation solutions.
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
 * Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Certifications Required:

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred:
*Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Top Skills Required :

 1. Hands-on technical experience in the ServiceNow platform
 2. Javascript - Client side and server side
 3. Experience developing integrations

## Description

* Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Lead technical design and implementation activities for complex workflow automation initiatives.
 * Configure and customize ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related platform capabilities.
 * Develop advanced workflows utilizing Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
 * Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub spokes.
 * Support HRSD and BCM teams as required
