REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, OR SPECIAL CREDENTIALS: Preferred: * CompTIA A+, * Knowledge of endpoint device management tools such as Intune, Ninjaone, Barracuda RMM * Knowledge of Patch management lifecycle. * Knowledge with endpoint provisioning and deprovisioning in a client-server architecture WORKING CONDITIONS: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 65% of the time * Frequently performs tasks that require moving self in different positions in various environments including tight and confined spaces * Frequently performs duties that require spending time in low posture positions such as crawling, crouching, kneeling, and stooping * Must be able to adjust or move objects up to 25 pounds in all directions * Requires frequent communication * Frequently performs tasks that use repeating motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers * Requires clarity of vision for frequent use of computers and other technological devices ## Description The Endpoint Systems Specialist is responsible for the technical management and maintenance of Endpoint campus computing systems, software environments, and application integrations supporting faculty, staff, and institutional operations. This position serves as Tier 2 technical support within CSS, owns the software lifecycle across campus endpoints, and ensures desktop systems are properly imaged, updated, and integrated with university-wide infrastructure.
