## Description

* Strategic Roadmap: Lead the vision for Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules to align technology with business goals.
 * Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of systems analysts, developers, and Tier 1 3 application support staff.
 * System Optimization: Oversee platform architecture, workflow rules, security frameworks, flexfields, and seamless cross-functional integrations.
 * Vendor & Service Management: Direct third-party implementation partners and software vendors, managing SLAs, RFPs, SOWs, and contract delivery.
 * Governance & Operations: Enforce robust change management practices for system upgrades, patches, release testing, and root cause analysis (RCA).
