WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions - Sedentary, full time-onsite. ## Description We are seeking a skilled Operational Test Lead to support a major task order focused on planning, executing, and reporting operational test activities. This individual will serve as both a hands-on tester and the team lead, responsible for coordinating test events, ensuring quality of deliverables, and maintaining alignment with program objectives., * Lead a team of operational test analysts, ensuring effective tasking, prioritization, and quality control. * Develop and maintain test schedules and resource plans. * Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders and program managers. * Review and analyze system documentation, including CONOPS, requirements, interface control documents, architecture artifacts, and test plans. * Identify gaps, risks, and testable requirements, with emphasis on NR-KPP and interoperability criteria. * Provide clear, actionable feedback to program leadership. * Develop operational test plans, procedures, and data collection strategies. * Conduct hands-on testing in operationally realistic environments. * Observe, record, and evaluate system performance against mission needs and user requirements. * Ensure test events adhere to DoD test standards and best practices. * Attend technical interchange meetings, working groups, and program reviews. * Capture detailed notes, action items, and decisions, and distribute summaries to stakeholders. * Prepare test reports, findings, deficiency summaries, and recommendations., * Happy - Be Infectious.
