Enterprise & Cloud Strategy: * Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, governance, and technology roadmaps. * Design cloud-native and hybrid solutions utilizing AWS and Azure technologies. * Define strategies for application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and DevOps. * Ensure solutions support high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and operational efficiency. Governance & Security: * Establish architecture governance and ensure compliance with County policies and security standards. * Evaluate architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Promote best practices for application security, identity management, system integration, and data protection. Technical Leadership: * Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to software engineers and technical teams. * Lead architecture reviews and technical design sessions. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions. * Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve County operations.
