Own capabilities across a broad project spanning React and TypeScript user experiences, Python and GraphQL services, background workers, shared libraries, and supporting infrastructure. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering partners while exercising direct technical ownership from solution design through production support. * Design and deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable features across the platform. * Translate customer and business needs into clear technical solutions. * Own implementation, testing, deployment readiness, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of assigned capabilities. * Develop intuitive React experiences and robust Python services, APIs, integrations, and asynchronous workflows. * Apply established architecture, design-system, data-flow, and GraphQL boundary standards. * Create automated tests for every feature and defect fix to protect quality and accelerate delivery. * Diagnose complex issues across applications, workers, databases, messaging systems, and external integrations. * Improve performance, resilience, observability, developer workflows, and operational efficiency. * Review code, share expertise, and influence engineering standards across the team. * Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage technical tradeoffs, and deliver measurable customer value.
