Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Test Engineer II - **Company:** Agiliti Health, Inc. - **Location:** Wauwatosa, WI, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** 3d Models, JIRA, SolidWorks (CAD), Embedded Software, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Project Management Software, Scrum Methodology, Schematic Capture, Strategies of Testing, Pcb Layout - **Published:** August 12, 2026 - **Apply:** https://diversityjobs.com/main/sendform/8/8/28176/1/17907730?backUrl=%2Fcareer%2F17907730%2FTest-Engineer-Ii-Wisconsin-Wauwatosa ## About the Role * Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field required. * 3 - 5 years of experience designing or testing products in the medical, consumer, automotive, or aerospace industry. * Demonstrated capability designing and running test programs for complex electromechanical devices. * Understanding of embedded systems, PCBA manufacturing and power electronics. * Understanding of schematic capture, PCB layout, circuit simulation tools, and embedded microprocessor programing. * Understanding of and familiarity with mass production manufacturing processes for consumer products, including injection molding, blow molding, welded steel structures, sheet metal stamping and forming, die casting, and CNC technologies. * Experience with 3D design and analysis tools and prototype production technology. * Proven versatility in both large and small entrepreneurial organizations as demonstrated by succession in responsibilities and willingness to scale abilities to complete objectives. * Experience in creating and leading collaborative teams through complex projects. * Familiarity with other technical disciplines such as EE and embedded firmware preferred. * Experience in DFM, DFA, DFMEA, or other risk-based design strategies. * Experience designing for agency certifications (e.g., ISO, IEC, AAMI, UL, CE, CISPR, FCC, FDA) required.
