## Description

Experteer Overview As a Sr Engineer - Java you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and high quality code. You will mentor junior engineers and address systemic issues through root-cause analysis and architectural improvements. This role focuses on building integrated systems that support rapid delivery and scale across domains. You will partner with security teams to embed best practices early in development, making a meaningful impact on product quality and engineering maturity.
