Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, remove impediments, manage backlogs, track sprint metrics, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, support release planning, and use tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to drive delivery., LTS is seeking an experienced and collaborative Scrum Master to support a major modernization initiative within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health portfolio. This role will support Agile delivery teams responsible for modernizing mission-critical healthcare systems and enterprise applications supporting Veteran healthcare services nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile coaching, facilitation, and delivery management experience within complex federal IT or healthcare environments. This individual will work closely with product owners, developers, architects, business analysts, and government stakeholders to drive Agile best practices, improve team performance, and support successful delivery of modernization initiatives involving legacy and next-generation healthcare technologies.
