Tasks * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on track record. * Deep expertise in Java and modern application frameworks. * Strong experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native development. * Proficiency in TDD, spec-driven/contract-first development, and CI/CD/DevOps practices. * Working knowledge of cloud databases (SQL & NoSQL) and performance tuning. * Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence by example. You will shape architecture, implement high-quality Java-based solutions, and drive modern practices across global teams. You will champion AI-assisted development to boost productivity and code quality while ensuring scalable, secure systems.
