You will translate research into production-grade perception components that feed motion planning, prediction, and localization. You'll stay current with literature, drive end-to-end ML solutions, and guide verification and deployment efforts. This is a high-impact role at Latitude, blending robotics, ML, and systems engineering to improve driving safety and experience. You'll contribute to next-generation autonomy and Ford's Large Driving Model initiative, shaping perception on real vehicles.
