What Success Looks Like in the First Year By the end of the first 12 months, this role is expected to deliver: * Sustained improvements in data quality, demonstrated by materially fewer post handoff data corrections, rework requests, or downstream operational issues tied to system or data gaps. * Clear ownership and alignment across IT, engineering, construction and operations, with documented technical requirements, standardized handoffs, and reduced ambiguity about responsibilities. * Reduced manual effort and execution risk through process standardization and targeted automation, resulting in measurable cycle time reduction or workload relief for operational teams. * Reliable performance from vendors and contractors, with clearly defined scopes, measurable delivery expectations, and consistent accountability to cost, schedule, and quality targets. * Actionable visibility for leadership, through repeatable reporting that clearly shows readiness status, risks, and trends without requiring ad hoc data pulls or manual reconciliation. * Documented, scalable processes and system workflows that support portfolio growth without a proportional increase in headcount, manual work, or operational risk. A stabilized technical foundation that allows future system enhancements and automation efforts to build on standardized data, interfaces, and governance rather than workaround solutions., Employees in this role oversee a team of technical specialists.
