No throwing hands up or passing responsibility. * Document Existing Assets: Value lies in documenting existing architectures and integrations to build a single source of truth not just writing specs for new changes. * Maturity & Room Reading: Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to represent major Brands professionally in stakeholder meetings without causing friction. * Domain Expertise: Candidates should ideally possess background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CPG industry, Logistics, and Data Warehousing/ESB integrations. * Responsibility: Own technical solution design, integration architecture, and technical quality.
