Architecture Strategy & Roadmap

 * Partner with technology and business leaders to help define and execute architecture roadmaps for HR, Finance, and employee-facing technology platforms.
 * Develop target-state architectures that align with enterprise technology strategies, business objectives, security requirements, and operational goals.
 * Identify opportunities for platform modernization, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, and application rationalization.
Platform & Solution Architecture

 * Provide architecture guidance across platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and related employee technology solutions.
 * Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that enable a seamless end-to-end employee experience.
 * Define integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, and architectural best practices across the employee technology ecosystem.
 * Ensure architectural decisions support enterprise standards, performance requirements, security controls, and regulatory compliance.
AI & Innovation Enablement

 * Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve employee productivity, operational efficiency, and business processes.
 * Provide architectural guidance for AI-enabled solutions, including governance, security, and responsible AI considerations.
 * Collaborate with engineering and business teams to assess emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption strategies."
