Nice to Have Skills & Experience * Model based system engineering experience ## Description We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a large-scale Department of Defense modernization effort. This individual will provide technical leadership across systems engineering activities, ensuring successful planning, integration, implementation, and sustainment of complex IT and mission systems. The ideal candidate has experience working in enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting system development throughout the lifecycle. This role requires a strong systems engineering foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders., Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access with employer matching will start after 90 days if elected .
