## About the Role

We are looking for an **Oracle Fusion Technical SME** with strong hands-on experience in **Oracle Cloud HCM, PPM, GL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**. The ideal candidate should be technically strong with an **80% Technical / 20% Functional** focus., * Strong hands-on experience with **Oracle Fusion Cloud**.

 * Experience with **Oracle HCM / Core HR**, Benefits, and Payroll.
 * Strong experience with **OIC and Oracle integrations**.
 * Hands-on experience with **REST and SOAP APIs**.
 * Experience with **OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting**.
 * Strong knowledge of **HDL**.
 * Good SQL/PLSQL skills.
 * Experience with **Oracle GL and PPM**.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.

Experience:

 * Strong hands-on technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

## Description

* Provide technical expertise and support for **Oracle Fusion Cloud** applications.
 * Work hands-on with **Oracle HCM, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, PPM, and GL**.
 * Design, develop, and support integrations using **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**.
 * Develop and support **REST/SOAP API** integrations.
 * Work with **HDL (HCM Data Loader)** for HCM data loads and integrations.
 * Develop and maintain **OTBI and BI Publisher** reports.
 * Write and troubleshoot **SQL/PLSQL** queries.
 * Support configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
 * Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
 * Participate in technical design, integration development, testing, and deployment activities.
