This position will begin with a strong focus on platform administration, operational support, and access management within non-production environments. Over time, the role will evolve into a broader engineering function involving automation, reporting, dashboard development, and platform optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about ServiceNow, enjoys troubleshooting complex platform issues, and is eager to drive automation and continuous improvement. What You'll Do * Manage and support non-production ServiceNow environments, including access requests and privilege administration. * Execute platform administration processes, including security group creation, maintenance, and fulfillment activities. * Provide Level 3 support for ServiceNow platform-related incidents and operational issues. * Review system logs, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis and issue triage. * Analyze platform health metrics, reporting data, and trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. * Partner with platform and engineering teams to investigate, remediate, and prevent platform risks. * Design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual administrative and fulfillment processes. * Support the expansion and enhancement of the ServiceNow Service Catalog. * Develop and improve request fulfillment workflows to increase efficiency and scalability. * Contribute to ongoing platform governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives., This role offers the opportunity to join a newly established platform health program at an early stage and help shape its future direction.
