## Description

Experteer Overview As Software Engineering Manager, you lead Growth and Mobile teams to shape innovative features for small businesses. You'll partner with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to determine new use cases and leverage mobile devices and sensors in conference rooms. You drive roadmap alignment with peers and technical leads, while nurturing team growth and adopting new DevAI practices. Your role blends technical leadership with people management, communicating complex ideas to engineers and non-engineers alike. You will help steer large-scale, AI-enabled productivity tools used by billions of users.
