## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
 * Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
 * Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
 * Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
 * Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
 * Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
 * Experience with Service Portal widget development.
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
 * Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).
 * Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
 * Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
 * Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments., Analysis Skills, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Best Practices, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) Software, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Consulting, Data Modeling, EAD, ECMAScript, Google App Engine (GAE), High Tech Industry, Housekeeping/Cleaning, IT Service Management (ITSM), Identify Issues, Information Technology & Information Systems, JavaScript, REST (Representational State Transfer), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), Scripting (Scripting Languages), ServiceNow, Software Development, Systems Administration/Management, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX)
