* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
 * 15+ years of project management experience in enterprise ERP environments.
 * 10+ years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience.
 * Proven experience managing multiple PeopleSoft PUM upgrade projects.
 * Proven experience leading PeopleSoft migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
 * Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management, and Change Assistant.
 * Experience managing large-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of Oracle Database, WebLogic, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft environments.
 * Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets exceeding $5M and multiple stakeholder groups.
 * Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees., * PMP Certification.
 * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certifications.
 * Agile/Scrum Certification.
 * Experience with HCM, FSCM, or ELM implementations/upgrades.
 * Experience with cloud security, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
 * Experience with public sector, higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.
 * Experience managing Oracle Consulting or other major system integrators.
 * Knowledge of procurement, contract management, and vendor governance.
