 * 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD connect and Office 365.
 * Operational experience with industry-standard security protocols and procedures.
 * Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
 * Knowledge of infrastructure support including Windows Server, virtualization, Active Directory (AD), and Shell scripting.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and logical skills along with a deep understanding of TCP/IP networking.
 * Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related automation tools is desired.
