## Description

Experteer Overview As a Systems Engineer, you will own the system technical baseline and ensure harmony between CONOPS, requirements, design, and test. You'll coordinate cross-discipline teams to translate mission needs into concrete design and verification activities. You'll drive requirements development with customers, shape integration and test plans, and use MBSE to inform design decisions. This role offers the chance to influence programs across lifecycle while engaging with customers and proposals.
