in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering * 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform * 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions * Active ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification * Active ServiceNow Application Developer certification * Active ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification (CIS-ITSM) * Active ServiceNow Technical Architect certification * 1+ years of experience leading project workstreams/engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions * 1+ years of experience building reliable, maintainable, and well-documented code * Ability to travel 50% on average * Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program

## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with client teams to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business goals and enterprise-scale impact. You'll work within an FDE pod to shape solutions, mentor others, and drive measurable outcomes from day one. You will build production-ready AI-enabled workflows and contribute to reusable assets, while maintaining a strong focus on security, quality, and delivery velocity. This is a client-facing, cross-functional engineering role at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI transformation.
