## Description

Experteer Overview As Manager, you lead the digital operations and service delivery for outpatient IT, driving reliable Epic-enabled workflows that support clinical teams. You partner with clinical informatics and IT peers to ensure safe, scalable solutions that meet evolving ambulatory care needs. You oversee updates, change requests, incidents, and enhancements, translating strategy into operational plans. You will help advance Mayo Clinic's digital capabilities in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
