## Description

Experteer Overview In this senior role, you will lead the Advisory practice's multi-year strategy and transformation program, partnering with the National Managing Principal to drive growth and improve EBITDA. You'll translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, align multiple geographies and functions, and foster a culture of delivery excellence. The position sits at the top of the Advisory leadership, shaping how the firm competes and delivers client value. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that combines strategy, change management, and stakeholder influence.
