## About the Role

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in design or related field
 + Understanding of user-centered design principles
 + Experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS web applications
 + Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
 + Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Design and Figma Make
 + Strong portfolio showcasing complex and innovative design solutions
 + Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
 + Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 + Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
 + Ability to listen to feedback and reiterate on designs
Preferred Qualifications

 + Experience with usability testing or user research
 + Front-end development principles
 + Familiarity with accessibility standards

## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences to expand our products.
The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong attention to detail, and good communication and collaborative skills.
What you'll do

 + Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences
 + Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to help maintain and evolve design systems
 + Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
 + Support accessibility and usability practices
 + Improve designs and systems based on internal and external feedback
 + Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions
 + Leverage AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to enhance the creation of mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts
 + Create and maintain UI component libraries
