What Were Looking For - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, building complex and distributed systems. - Proven experience in a Tech Lead or senior technical leadership role. - Strong full-stack background with: - Frontend: React, modern CSS solutions (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components). - Backend: Node.js. - Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. - Solid understanding of software architecture principles: scalability, maintainability, fault tolerance, and recovery. - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and GitHub workflows (GitHub Actions,
GitOps, scripting). - Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and decision-making. - Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas and propose better solutions. - Passion for clean code, technical excellence, and sustainable software development. - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Fluent in English (written spoken).
