## About the Role

Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

 * Bachelor werk- en denkniveau
 * Minstens een eerste ervaring in productieplanning
 * Ervaring met ERP-systemen en tools zoals SAP en Excel
 * Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
 * Affiniteit met kwaliteit, veiligheid en gereguleerde omgevingen (FMCG/food is een plus)

## Description

In deze functie fungeer je als operationeel en administratief spilfiguur binnen de productieafdeling. Je ondersteunt de departementshoofden en zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en efficiënte opvolging.

* Opstellen en opvolgen van korte termijn productieplanning en rapportering
 * Actief voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van productiemeetings, zowel administratief als op de werkvloer
 * Aanleveren van correcte en up-to-date data ter ondersteuning van operationele beslissingen
 * Beheer en structuur van productie gerelateerde documentatie (versiebeheer en archivering)
 * Coördinatie en opvolging van kleinschalige technische projecten binnen productie
 * Waken over de naleving van procedures rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en hygiëne
 * Brede ondersteuning van de afdeling met focus op continuïteit en efficiëntie
