Job Purpose As Data & Analytics Lead you will lead the development and delivery of the data and analytics roadmap within CSM to enable high-quality reporting, support business transformation and drive a harmonised analytics landscape. The Data & Analytics Lead will be part of the CSM Business IT team and will play a pivotal role in driving the Business Unit's digital transformation. You will lead the development and management of our Data Platform, EPM tools, and Analytics capabilities, working closely with both the Information Systems Department and the CSM business teams. This unique opportunity helps to shape the digital foundations of the business unit, translating business needs into impactful data solutions and becoming the go-to expert for data & analytics within CSM.
