 * Version Control Virtuoso: Experience with Git and other VCS
 * Communication Champ: Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with stakeholders and the development team
 * Multitasking Master: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
 * Laravel Experience: Experience with the Laravel framework is preferred but not required
