## About the Role

Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams: 1 IT-Systemadministrator/in (40h)
Berufserfahrung erforderlich
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, FH oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld, insbesondere Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune und Entra ID
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure und hybriden Microsoft-Infrastrukturen
 * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management und IT-Security
 * Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, Changes und technischen Migrationen
 * Erfahrung mit PowerShell oder vergleichbaren Automatisierungslösungen
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als IT-Systemadministrator/in (40h) beträgt 4.000,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

## Description

* Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365- und Azure-Umgebung
 * Betreuung zentraler Microsoft-Cloud-Services wie Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams und Intune
 * Administration unserer Azure-Landschaft mit mehreren Subscriptions sowie Services wie Virtual Machines und App Services
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und modernen IT-Betriebs
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Changes, Migrationen und technischen Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Incidents im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Modern-Workplace- und Cloud-Strategie
 * Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen im Microsoft-Umfeld
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Administrations- und Betriebsaufgaben mit PowerShell
 * Technische Mitwirkung an Infrastruktur-, Cloud- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen IT-Dienstleistern
