Vos Missions Principales :
Support de Niveau 1 : Réception et traitement des incidents et demandes utilisateurs par téléphone, mail ou outil de ticketing.

Diagnostic & Résolution : Identifier les pannes matérielles ou logicielles et apporter une solution technique rapide.

Gestion du Parc : Administration courante des comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory, Microsoft 365) et suivi des actifs.

Documentation : Clôture des tickets et rédaction de procédures techniques pour enrichir la base de connaissances.

Qualité de Service : Respecter les engagements de délais (SLA) et assurer un suivi de qualité auprès des utilisateurs.
profil recherché

Profil Recherché :
Formation : Titulaire d'un Bac+2 en Informatique (type BTS SIO ou Titre Professionnel TSMSI).

Expérience : Une première expérience réussie en Service Desk ou support de proximité est souhaitée.

Langues : Bilingue Italien impératif.
