At least 5 years of experience in electronics hardware development and PCB design. Strong knowledge of hardware design, microcontrollers, and analog/digital technology. Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions and products. A pragmatic and analytical work style: ability to adapt quickly and make well-reasoned decisions. Experience with embedded software, VHDL, simulation software, and/or RF technology (preferred). Knowledge of tools such as Altium and/or OrCAD is a plus. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Proactive attitude with a focus on project objectives and team results. What will you be doing? As a senior electronics hardware engineer, you will work on designing, developing, and improving high-quality hardware designs for innovative client projects. You will be actively involved in the entire development process: from concept to prototype and mass production. You will work within a technical team comprising hardware engineers, software engineers, and project management, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things: Designing electronics hardware: from concept, hardware architecture, and schematics to prototypes. Translating customer requirements into technical and functional specifications and a tangible product. Optimizing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) to improve production and testability. Solving complex hardware design challenges in a pragmatic and structured manner.
