In this exciting interim role you get to take full ownership of a live payroll implementation project in Portugal, from the very first configuration all the way through to a successful go-live. You work closely with an international team, bring structure and confidence to the project and make sure everything lands on time and without issues. Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager As the Portuguese Payroll Implementation Specialist you are the go-to person for everything related to the payroll implementation in Portugal. You take ownership of the full process, from configuration and testing all the way to go-live, and make sure every step is done correctly and in line with Portuguese legislation. You work closely with local and international stakeholders, communicate clearly and keep the project moving forward at all times. You are practical, proactive and always focused on finding the right solution. This is a role for someone who loves to take charge and deliver results.
