 * Einführung, Betreuung und Optimierung neuer Systeme, Anwendungen und Technologien
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen im ticketbasierten Tagesgeschäft inklusive Dokumentation
 * Mitarbeit in internationalen IT Projekten sowie eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung kleinerer Teilprojekte
 * Koordination mit internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Dienstleistern sowie gelegentliche internationale Vor Ort Einsätze
